How Do We Calculate Costs?

Our rates are based on a combination of distance and time. The starting rate is charged once at the beginning of the journey, the kilometer rate applies to the actual distance traveled, and the waiting rate is applicable when the taxi needs to wait.

1-4 Persons
  • Starting Rate: €4.03
  • Kilometer Rate: €2.96
  • Rate per Minute: €0.49
  • Waiting Rate: €55.46 per hour

5-8 Persons
  • Starting Rate: €8.19
  • Kilometer Rate: €3.73
  • Rate per Minute: €0.55
  • Waiting Rate: €55.46 per hour

Group Travel

At Taxi Utrecht Central, group travel is negotiable. Feel free to contact us to discuss the details of your group trip. We aim to meet the specific needs of your group and offer a suitable rate.

Airport

For airport transfers, if no contact is made prior to the journey, the regular meter price applies. However, to ensure a seamless and stress-free airport transfer, we recommend contacting us in advance. This way, we can coordinate the details and ensure everything goes smoothly.

City Trips in Utrecht

For city trips within Utrecht, we have a fixed rate of €27.50. This rate applies to journeys within the city limits.
